Relaxation abounds in both saunas, the Laconium warm room and the steam room. Treat yourself to some rays in the solarium and enjoy some culinary treats in the sauna bar.

Infrared deep heat

A new way to unwind at PRIENAVERA. You can now experience a special type of heat and relaxation in our new four-person infrared room. The infrared radiation provides deep heat, which has a particularly positive effect on body and soul. Compared to other types of heat, it is more sensitive and evenly spread throughout the body, avoiding any overheating on the surface of the skin. The body sweats from the inside outwards (in contrast to the sauna, where sweating is a defence mechanism against the overheated ambient air). Infrared radiation is also particularly easy on the body’s circulatory function.

NEW: King Ludwig Salt Sauna

Relax like a king in the 60°C heat of the newly opened King Ludwig Salt Sauna. The walls of the sauna are made of rock salt and are lit from behind to produce a relaxing, orange-honey coloured glow, which helps restore well-being in body and soul. The healing power and effects of salt are well known and are recognised by the world of conventional medicine.

Finnish Sauna

The dry sauna is located at the heart of our sauna center. Enjoy the heat in this conventional wood sauna with colored-light therapy – a source of relaxation for body and mind. Temperature: approx. 80-85 °C.

Kelosauna – Finnish lodge sauna

Our rustic Kelo lodge sauna is located in the outdoor area. Various infusions are released in the sauna at regular intervals. The lodge is made of original Finnish pine which is up to 500 years old and which usually grows within the Arctic Circle in Finland. Temperature: approx. 85-90 °C.

Sauna – Relaxation room

After the heat of the sauna, you can retreat to the relaxation room to let your soul unwind, enjoy a quiet nap or read a few pages of your favorite book. You’d be forgiven for thinking you were on holiday given the view over our Mediterranean-style sauna garden!

Laconium – Warm room

The warm room is a relaxation room with heated benches and a radiant heat of approx. 65 °C. The pleasant 40 °C air temperature is perfect for recharging your batteries. It is recommended that you spend at least 20 minutes in this room.

Steam room

Steam rooms are known for their high humidity. The hot steam and pleasant, mild radiant heat softens the skin, purifies and regenerates the respiratory system. Various aromas help provide an enticing atmosphere. Temperature: approx. 45 °C.

Sauna garden

The sauna garden faces south-westwards and is designed in a Mediterranean style with a beautiful rock garden. Two spacious terraces with recliners are ideal for catching some rays when the sun is shining. The fresh Chiemsee air is the perfect tonic for peace and relaxation.

Sauna bar

Visiting the sauna certainly helps you work up an appetite! So there could be nothing better than a cool white beer and a crunchy, freshly prepared salad from the extensive range of food and drink in the sauna bar. Treat yourself to a delicious dose of food and drink, rich in vitamins.

Our lounge is the perfect place to chat to friends and colleagues over a quiet drink.
